I can't claim the Eisenberg

I completed the requirements for the Winter Event 2021 and I can not see any option that will enable me to claim the Eisenberg.

There should be a "Claim Reward" button on the Event page after you complete it.
To reclaim the ship on other characters, follow the instructions above, from kaithan1975.

The claim button didn’t happen for me either and I felt a brief moment of panic. I found that the ship box just automatically showed up in my inventory and I was able to activate it without any hassle. However, when my daughter completed the last day, the claim button did appear for her. It was very strange. I’d look in the inventory first to see if it’s already there or not before going the reclaim route.

Same here, the event just auto-completed and added the boxed ship to my inventory. No sign of the usual 'Claim' button with the green flashing light. Other characters still have to grab the ship box from the reclaim store.

This is normal.
It's the first part that's freakin' weird as the Event should not auto-Claim into your Inventory!

Same here, it just dropped into my inventory when I relogged.
