No buyout option for "Event Campaign III"

The event campaign has ended but there is no buyout option.

    There has been for the first. I completed the second so I don't know about it's buyout option.

    I have now realized that. Thanks for the help though.

    P.S. There actually was a buyout option for the very first campaign!
