BUG REPORT XBOX ONE S: Possible Bug With Starship Mastery

There appears to be an issue with starship mastery while ships are in drydock. I noticed that some of my ships said their mastery was incomplete, and when I returned them to service their mastery IS complete.
Also in the same regard, I would have 'some' ships with mastery complete in dry dock, and when I returned them to service, some of them were NOT complete.
Coincidentally when I removed one ship to work on the incomplete mastery, it was almost level one. I then went into 'Mission: Borg Disconnected' and finished it. The level one ship mastery progress bar of my Breen Rezreth Dreadnought reset itself, going from nearly completed level one...to just starting. Unfortunately I did not get screenshots/recording.
