No marks at Gon'Cra

I have been encountering this issue frequently for the past few months. I almost NEVER receive Lukari marks for successfully completing the asteroid capture mission at Gon'Cra. I move at least 3 asteroids into my gate, and I prevent the Tzenkethi from moving any into their gate. I keep wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if the area is just bugged. I tried doing some of the other missions in Gon'Cra and didn't receive marks for those either. I get all of the rewards *except* for the marks.
