Lifetime Subscribers and Zen

Do Lifetime subscribers still receive a Zen stipend? Because I bought a Lifetime sub around a year ago and I don't think I've gotten any of it. Unless that's what the Zen charge bonus from the ARC store is? Is this a bug or something they stopped doing and didn't remove from the perks list of the LS page?
