Missing Uniform Parts

Hello,
I purchased the 32c Fed uniforms from the Lobi store for my character SMOL but never received the lower half of the uniform, the pants. I also noticed that the lower half (pants) of the Discovery uniform was also not listed as an option in the tailor. Both of these occur on only one of my characters. I was told to try all of the tailors and see if one of them had either missing pants, they did not. Not DS9, not New Romulus, not Risa, etc. I was told if I could not find them that way, that I should submit a post here.
