Universal Console Selection Disappearances

Hello there. I notice that the universal consoles equipped on our starships that are arranged in the space tray disappear everytime I switch starships in space and this happens everytime I do that, even when rearranged back in the Space Tray. Is anyone else noticing this or is it just me?
