D'Kyr Mastery and Superior Shield Repair Not Applying - PC

Hi I got myself a D'Kyr a few weeks ago because I really love vulcan ships and upgraded it to tier 5U and now tier 5X thanks to the previous event. I completed the starship mastery tree a while ago and am currently at level 65 so thats not the problem. The last tier of starship mastery is the only one thats noticable which is a 665 boost to shield regeneration. But after finishing it my shields regeneration didnt change and hasnt since then. I was wondering if I just missed it or got confused so I went to the shield guide (https://sto.fandom.com/wiki/Guide:_Shields) and calculated what my regeneration should be. S is 1.3 M is 1.28 T+K is 1.19 A is 0.75 P is 1.6 and R is 0.085. When I plug these into the equation I get my current shield regneration. So that +665 from the mastery isnt applying. The other parts might not be applying as well but I dont have a way to easily check that.

I also just unlocked the Omega Reputation Superior Shield Repair which would add another 665 but it does not appear to work as well so I think theres a problem with how the D'Kyr adds trait and mastery shield bonuses.

To get accurate stats from your space equipment, you need to be on a space map, and likely a combat-enabled map.

I have checked in those circumstances. It does not apply.

Superior Shield Repair Space Trait does NOT work for me either. The bonus isn't applied. Jesus, they never bothered fixing so many bugs.

I also confirmed this mastery does not appear to be working, unless of course it is working and just not showing up on the stats screen (which is very possible, considering stuff like stealth detection rating/perception and many other stats do not show up correctly on the stats screen)
