Permissions removed from Rank 7 Administrator

The permissions to the Rank 7 administrator account have broken with the latest upgrade. I did not change the settings nor did my co administrator. The only Fleet account with all rights was the administrator account. The following rights are missing: RENAME, Remove from Fleet, Promote a lower Fleet rank, Promote to any Fleet rank, Demote a lower Fleet rank and Demote any Fleet rank.

In addition I am unable to check the boxes to enable the rights on the Administrator account; I did check on one of the other Ranks, rank 6 and was able to change settings . If other Fleets are experiencing this I would believe this to be a high priority bug.

I discovered this this defect when I went to invite someone to the fleet and received a message saying I did not have rights.

A previous defect reported on the xBox One is that the in fleet ability to promote is broken seeing each character as the initial character that joined the fleet. A work around was given to me by another player that if the specific player is signed in as another character on their account and is added to a team the player is correctly identified and is able to be promoted without applying it to initial character. I originally reported this on May 26, 2021 and it is still broken.
