Connection to server timeout on only 1 character

Every time I try to login to my main and oldest character for the last couple weeks, it plays the transport animation, and then the correct splash screen appears, but once it loads to 42% I get disconnected, saying the connection timed out and returns to the login screen. I am able to reconnect just fine as well. Just cant login to that character.

Oddly though this is only an issue on this character, I am able to log into all my other characters just fine.
