older missions vs new sound clips

There are many missions that are still trying to use the sound clips of both the new and old voice actors.
One example is the first mission of the "Lost Dominion" where the old Cardassian can be heard while talking to Garrak and that actors voice is playing at the same time.
In "Facility 4028" The old Vorta and the actor for Weyoun also compete for voice time.
I find this very distracting as it can be difficult to hear or at times just understand who is saying what, but also rather disappointing that something like that is in the game.
I know there are many other ... competitions like this between the voices in many other missions.
