    These can only be changed on Social maps, such as Earth Space Docl, Deep Space K7 or 9, New Romulus Command, Qo'noS, Ganalda Station, Starbase 39, Sector Space, etc.
    On combat-enabled maps such as missions, adventure zones, TFO's, etc. they will remain locked and unable to be changed.
