Terran soldiers stuck on door in Operation Wolf

Today in Operation Wolf, before moving to the second phaser, I noticed a Terran arm or two clipping through the big door leading to the other side of the base. (I wasn't the first player near the area, so not sure how they got taunted or pulled over.) I pushed the buttons to raise the door, and several Terran soldiers were lifted into the sky. They kept firing but seemed invulnerable (my T-116b didn't do any damage to health). Screenshot of them dangling is at https://imgur.com/a/6wKukLV.

I don't recall this happening on the PC during the event, but is happening all the time over on PS4 now as well. Perhaps something changed in the last weeks...
