The T6 C-Store Prostostar Class is going to come with the "Hologram Janeway" Starship Trait. When activated, Hologram Janeway takes control of the vessel, makes it unkillable for several seconds, performs a fantastic manoeuvre and makes a deadly strike.
There's also the "Cadets" Starship Mastery Unlock, which when activated, all the Cadets on your ship join together to repair damaged systems.
And the Universal Console is whatever that was between the Protostar's two warp cores.

They way you wrote it, it almost seems like those poor ensigns will literally be used to fill up the holes.
Hmm - haven't seen anything announced about this and I'd suggest we've seen too little of the ship to jump to too many conclusions about it.
A few guesses based on what (little) we've seen thus far:
- I'd be surprised if it didn't have Pilot as it's primary spec It's tiny, agile and is damn fast (two warp cores and a (probable) transwarp drive. More about that aspect of it in a moment.
- I'd agree it could possibly have some form of 'photonic assistance' console, although Holo-Janeway was quite clear that her function is to manage the ship's low-level functions and offer advice.
- It's ability to 'build' shuttles via the vehicle replicator etc could be used in some way
And back to the first point - the ship clearly has a propulsion system that, from the offhand reference, is likely a transwarp drive which must link to the concealed exterior nacelle (and dropped pylon nacelles) seen in the opening title sequence.
Also have my doubts that it'll be a C-store ship.
I think its a vertical Quantum Slipstream Core, but we will see..

I was suspecting that. There's been no indication of the year in Prodigy, but it would explain how a ship that doesn't look vastly centuries ahead, could already be in the Delta Quadrant.
If I had to guess. The ship would be sold as a bundle. Most likely the ship, maybe some ground gear or costumes from characters in the show. In terms of Janeway I can see that being a special edition BOFF hologram. That can't be renamed or appearance changed.
Well, if it ends up being a QSD, it'll have to be used sparingly - since it needs Benamite to function and that's insanely rare...of course, as a kid's show, they will 'conveniently' find a massive stockpile of Benamite and fill the ship with enough of it to last the entire series...and then some.
A normie goes "Oh, what's this?"
An otaku goes "UwU, what's this?"
A furry goes "OwO, what's this?"
A werewolf goes "Awoo, what's this?"
"It's nothing personal, I just don't feel like I've gotten to know a person until I've sniffed their crotch." "We said 'no' to Mr. Curiosity. We're not home. Curiosity is not welcome, it is not to be invited in. Curiosity...is bad. It gets you in trouble, it gets you killed, and more importantly...it makes you poor!"
Passion and Serenity are one.
I gain power by understanding both.
In the chaos of their battle, I bring order.
I am a shadow, darkness born from light.
The Force is united within me.
