"Black Screen" Work around

I've had the issue that some players have also experienced with the black screen while launching the game. It just hangs there, no loading bar, no "Cryptic" splash screen, just a black screen that will stay there until I open the task manager and "End Task" on the game client. And that's the work around.
I use ctrl alt delete to open task manager and end task on the game client. Then click on "Play" in the Arc UI to re-open the launcher, click on Engage. Game loads up and runs fine.

Hi, this is not the "black screen" bug it's a different bug called "crash on first run".

The "black screen" but would let you get into the game fully with sounds and musics; but the screen would be black - this could not be fixed by task killing and has been fixed.

"crash on first run" which is fixed by task killing is still outstanding.
