Competitive Reputation "Duelist Regalia" missing Caitian and Ferasan tail option

Less of a bug and more of an oversight, the "Duelist Regalia" outfit of the Competitive Reputation ground gear set is the only armor set I have run into that is lacking the tail option for Caitians and Ferasans.
As the only two species in the game with tails it is special to be able to show them, and since every other outfit I have ever used allows for the tail and the GM Mavis confirming that the "Duelist Regalia" was never implemented with the option so they told me to post here about it... I can only conclude that it had simply been missed implementation by the team who worked on it.
In my own experience, time is usually the culprit that leads to small oversights like this.
Please add the tail option if possible, it is immersive breaking to have a tail in every other outfit only to not have it with the "Duelist Regalia".
