I deleted my Mirror Universe Agony Field Rifle but there was no replacement for it in the Dilithium Store under Reclaim. Contacted Support to get the item restored. After speaking to a GM I am now waiting for it to be looked at by a Senior GM.

    If you obtained it via the old Event Reputation, you should be able to reclaim it from the Event tab in the Journal.

    If you obtained it via the recent giveaway in the promotions tab of the Z-Store, then it's likely not going to come back... :(
