Tier 6 Reputations not updating gear crafting

I reached Tier 6 in all my Reputations on my newest character recently and ran the Tier 6 Upgrade project, which I assume finalizes the settings and allows the character to craft Mark XIII Ultra-rare items instead of Mark XII Rare items. Usually, there is a pop-up of some kind at which you must acknowledge the upgrade but, I did not receive any. Now, I cannot craft items higher than Mark XII nor can I rerun the Tier 6 Upgrade projects to perhaps reset the Reputation. I do hope this issue is resolved soon.

    In short: not a bug. You are misinformed.

    And yet I'm not though I wish I was. This it the latest in over two dozen characters I've leveled to T6 in the Reputations. All my other characters have had this work without a hitch but, with this character, there is an issue.
