Am I the only one who always gets blue lethean boffs when I should be getting purple?
I got a purple lethean boff from the duty assignment, but when I activated him - he was blue. I then tested it by buying a couple of boffs on the exchange and they all were very rare, yet came out blue.
Is this a known issue?
