It seems that i cant reclaim my zen store items

I wanted to reclaim my ships for a new charachter from the zen store (or basicly use the zen store at al) and it says that i dont have enough zen to conpleet the transaction....
does any one has the same problem?
does it mean every thing that was purchaced by me in the past is now lost for ever? i mean i can steel see it as avalible but claiming it seems to be a problem.
EDIT:
i closes the game en restarted, that seems to have solved it
