Entagled Quantum Bombardment missing plasma damage modifier for Lib Borg Romulan

I recently bought the Kholhr warbird for my liberated borg romulan character. When I claimed the warbird, the entangled quantum bombardment console that comes with the warbird did not have the plasma damage modifier it is supposed to have for Romulan Republic characters. Claiming the warbird on my other Republic characters did give those characters the console with the plasma damage modifier included. Only seems to break for my lib borg rom. I have dismissed and reclaimed the ship and console several times, but this does not fix the issue.

Edit: I have since discovered that this is a tooltip issue only. While on the ground the console does not show the plasma damage bonus, but in system space it is shown and applied to ship weapons.
