Klingon Recruit Encrypted Klingon Receiver not updating objectives

In a nutshell the Warrior's Blood and Hunter's Instinct objectives have randomly stopped updating. They were updating fine previously as I've got a chunk of them already completed, but all of a sudden they're now not updating anymore and I've tried various things (different ships, different cloaks etc.).
Has anyone else come across this and may have a solution?

    There's got to be something going on here due to the nature of the character build blocking the progress, as I'm still receiving credit for kills on both of these.
    Unfortunately, I've not really got any idea where to start on analysing this...
