Kirk Class, upper saucer outer most ring error

Not certain if this is by intent, since it is a new ship and one that hasn't had a lot of screen time, but on top of the saucer, the outer most ring, the windows and hull pattern seems to be shifted off-center by about a 30 degree rotation. Star Trek ships are notorious for symmetry, so this seems to be very out of place.
