UNABLE TO BUY CHARACTER SLOTS

I bought the life subscription to the star trek online . so i could buy the max character slots for the game which 58 . but instead it maxed me out at 56 slots. i read on the star trek online wiki page that it's a bug in the 2 character slot purchase. they recommended buying only the 4 character slot pack. but before i read this i already had bought a little of both 2 and 4. hopefully they can fix the issue. i really enjoy creating characters and building them up. and love this game very much. there's so much to do on it. it's very enjoyable.
