As the title sugguests this bug of mine has gone on for years for one of my alts where the Welcome to Earth Spacedock EP blue arrow line showing way to Admiral Qunin office is still there and doesn't go away. I can't reget the mission myself to try and hand it in. I'm not sure what deal is. I've tried to talking to Admiral Quin/Repairing game files/logging off-on/restarting pc. Nothing works. Link below shows the issue. Thanks
