This evening, the Halloween TFO glitched after you meet the 3 witches. Two of us, did not advance automatically to the Library or Fortune Teller portion of the TFO and were left in the room with the 3 witches off the main hall. We were forced to wait for the remaining players to complete the witch / skull boss battle. After about 10 minutes, we finally were teleported to the boss battle so the TFO could advance.

    To add to this, if you are still in the Library or Potion room when others reach the final boss and you accidentally hit No Now on the prompt to teleport to it, you are stuck for the rest of the TFO until the others finish it.
