Miner Instabilities - Our Team didn't finish because of a bug

Anyone else experience this beside me the last few days?
During Miner Instability TFO, the team is supposed to clear the Gorn camp of the first group of Na'kuhl. The chief Gorn engineer asks the team to cover him while he shuts down the drill bits. He finishes the first two and is about 30% complete on the third. Then all progress stops. Meanwhile, the rest of the human players are covering the Gorn. Five, ten minutes pass and still no progress. The human players are getting massacred/frustrated and the only way to resolve this is to abort.
Remember, if you quit a TFO early, you have a 30 min penalty and no rewards are issued.
Now, I have already reported this to the GM who forward this to the dev teams.
