Star Trek online won’t load

I got as far as the loading screen that tells you what even was on the game closed down then game went backwards.

I try again this time can’t get to character close game down tried this time it won’t go past the welcome to Star Trek screen only and the fourth attempt would not load up the welcome to Star Trek screen.

Game was working fine until you did maintenance.

Do a full restart on the Xbox and make sure you downloaded the latest patch.

Are you in a preview ring? If so games sometimes won't auto update correctly. to fix this go into "my games and apps> updates" and spam refresh that usually fixes it for me.

I can't load STO or Neverwinter. "Account Server Connection could not be started"
