Space: Viewing Player Info Bug (While Character Window is Open)

With the latest patch (I'm guessing this is linked the new UI tweaks) if you have the character window open in space, and try to view another players info (or even your own), the window comes up blank with the name of your ship on it.
Not only that, if you have the traits window open, the "sixth" starship trait is hit with the Connie graphic on top of the existing trait, and does not clear until the window is closed and reopened.
I hope my bringing this game-breaking bug to your attention helps in the pursuit of a bug free STO.
