Andorian Phasers: Can they be re-engineered?

Well, no.

Right-clicking them doesn't provide the option to Re-engineer them and they don't 'drop' into the re-engineer interface.

So, these items are 'sort of' bugged.

I say 'sort of' because as soon as you attempt to "upgrade" any of them, the option to re-engineer becomes available as well.

They're definitely 'bugged' in some fashion, but I share this information here in case anyone else is trying to re-engineer them without success - drop them into the 'upgrade' window first.

Upon purchase of any of the Andorian Escorts (T5 or T6), you gain the ability to obtain various Andorian Phasers at Mk XI from the Dilithium Store.
These are:

• Andorian Phaser Beam Array Mk XI [Acc]x2 [Dmg]
• Andorian Phaser Dual Beam Bank Mk XI [Acc]x2 [Dmg]
• Andorian Phaser Cannon Mk XI [Acc]x2 [Dmg]
• Andorian Phaser Dual Cannons Mk XI [Acc]x2 [Dmg]
• Andorian Phaser Dual Heavy Cannons Mk XI [Acc]x2 [Dmg]
• Andorian Phaser Turret Mk XI [Acc]x2 [Dmg]

All of these items cannot be re-engineered unless you 'try' to upgrade them first.
Basically, as purchased, they cannot be re-engineered but if you try to drop them in the Upgrade window, they'll drop straight back into the Inventory.
At this point, they can successfully be dropped into the Upgrade and Re-engineer interface windows.
