Into the Hive not finishing

Into the Hive does not finish after killing the borg queen. this has happened twice in the last 2 days.

That was supposed to have been fixed, or maybe they only fixed it on PC leaving consoles again to have to deal with this bug. Now that i think about it those patch notes were for PC so I guess they didn't did fix it for console players as yet.
