T6-X upgrade bug

Hello,
I upgraded my temporal heavy dreadnought universe class to a T6-X with an upgrade token and then I upgraded my startship trait slots from the fleet vendor. This seems to have reversed my T6-X upgrade as I can no longer utilise the extra starship trait slot or the extra console slot.
