KarFi Carrier Graphic Bug

Hello, this is my first time posting here, but this problem has been going on for a long time and dont know what else to do to fix it, my KarFi carrier has a bug that makes it appear white and almost textureless, this happened over a year ago after I used the ship customization option, yet I tried resetting the look back to default and nothing happened, I played around with the customizer and my graphic settings but nothing happened, I've submitted two tickets for this one back then when it happened on which they told me they would "forward it to the development team" which as expected resulted in nothing, and now I submited another one on which they basically told me to submit it here, also they are unwilling to offer any refund for the Zen I spent on it, which kind of sucks considering I basically paid for a defective item (digital or not) weird thing is I've seen the same ship used by other players (by entering with my own bugged character) but everything looks fine on theirs, this didnt happened after an update or anything, I just used the customizer and the ship appeared like that afterwards, I appreciate any help you can offer, thanks.

If you go to igmur.com load your screen shots to there then click on copy link then paste here

In relation to your issue though. On the launcher options make sure on demand patching is OFF and try a force verify to see if that helps. If a force verify doesn't rectify things a fresh install might be the only option. Be sure to delete any and all residual files before reinstalling though. But I will ping @darkbladejk in just hecause there might be a possible solution without the need of a reinstall.

I believe there was a graphical update to the Kar'Fi a little while ago when we got the Fe'rang during the Winter Wonderland event. You might need to re-apply the template at the Ship Tailor.

Another possible solution would be to check if you have a Shield in use that has a visual effect. Right-click your shield array and see if you can "Disable Visual". There's also the Visuals tab in your ship equipment to check if a shield visual has drifted into there. (The description "white and textureless" sounds like the Reman Shield Array from the Coliseum mission reward.)

Hello, thanks a lot for all your help, I already tried unequipping the ship bare, but it still looks the same, next thing i'll try to verify or fully reinstall the game

Just checked the "Visuals" Tab, that I didnt even know it existed and problem solved, had an "Alliance vanity" something, I probably double click equipped it without noticing at some point, I thought only actual equipment could change the appearance so that's what happened, thanks a lot, you guys really saved me; I feel so foolish now but thanks, the only thing I find weird is that I had to submit 2 tickets and none of the support staff even suggested this ( I provided the same swcreenshots I just attached) anyway thanks again

Hey, we've only ever learned about solutions to problems by experiencing them ourselves or hearing about it from others.
