Constant disconnects Fed 23c Character - Temporal Op

My 23c Fed Character suffers from horrendous server lag/disconnect issues! Since created (about 1 week now), she suffers from random lag spikes, rubber banding & just constant disconnects which boot me completely out of the game!
The starting point of these issues varies from after the initial character loading screen to any time within the hour. Doesn't seem to matter whether I'm in Sector space, running a mission, an STO, at a space dock or just faffing with Boffs/Doffs/Inventory items.
Now my other characters on the same account don't experience this - I'm able to log them in without suffering from any of the above issues. It's Just the 23c Fed Character that has the issue!
I.e. I'm able to play my Rom for a few hours - no issues, Jump on my KDF for an hour - no issues, Jump onto my 23c Fed - ISSUES, Jump onto my other FED for an hour - No Issues, Jump back onto my 23c FED - ISSUES Again.
