This is on my Temporal recruit started with new event so not sure whether its just on new chars or not.
I know there is a post claiming this is broke and somone couldnt claim it, but this is not what happened with me, I went to claim it and recieved it ok but was not paying attention and it was still lit and claimed it again, just to be sure I clicked it again and it apears you can keep claiming it and I have I think 300 k salvage pool, those numbers are so hard to read. So this is a bug.
Edit: just checked one of my older chars and it looks like its just bugged for new and or Temp chars as that char could not claim it again.

it dsnt work and when they break one thing they tend to break other things, plus it only apears tobe broken for new toons so not like most are gona miss it, if it was for all chrs and not just new ones prob wouldnt have bothered, though they prob would notice it soon you know what they are like they only notice most bugs if they beifit us.
