DOT-7 Drone Fabrication shares a cooldown with Support Drone Fabrication

The ability DOT-7 Drone Fabrication shares a cooldown with Support Drone Fabrication, and vice versa. DOT-7 Drone Fabrication is a universal kit module ability, whereas Support Drone Fabrication is an engineering captain ability. A kit module ability should not share a cooldown with a captain ability, especially if it affects only one career. Neither the science nor the tactical career has captain abilities that share a cooldown with DOT-7 Drone Fabrication.


Steps to reproduce

1. Log on to a level 65 engineering character.
2. Equip the kit module [Universal Kit Module - DOT-7 Drone Fabrication].
3. Go to a combat map.
4. Activate the ability DOT-7 Drone Fabrication and watch it place a 1-minute cooldown on Support Drone Fabrication III.
5. Wait for the cooldown on Support Drone Fabrication III to expire.
6. Activate Support Drone Fabrication III and watch it place a 1-minute cooldown on DOT-7 Drone Fabrication.

I noticed that ages ago and just assumed it was itentional, does not help that trying to see if it is suposed to share a cooldown is hard.

I do find it wiered that it does share a cooldown as from the description it does not do much directly to suport you i.e. it dsnt heal you and the like and the sensor scan only applies to Electronic allies exc bridge officers so the support drone would benifit from it.

But maybe it is intentional
