Bridge officers no longer using devices

Very recently I noticed that consumables given to bridge officers weren't depleting. Small stacks of things like hypo-sprays that I threw to a couple for a hell of it months ago were still there. What really brought it too my attention was when I collected flares from the Tenebris Torquent episode for the extra dodge chance. That particular device comes with an animation and you can actually see the flare on the ground so it was easy to determine that the Boffs aren't using it.

While I want to put in a ticket, I'd just like to confirm that it's an actual bug and not a nerf that flew under my radar. It would also be nice to know if this is just me, or if it's happening to everyone.

Is there anyone out there that can confirm whether Boffs are still using devices or not?

Eh, I figured it out. I had left the rebreathers on my Boffs so that they're always active, and... (I guess?) somehow they override all other device use.

Anyway, once I took away the rebreathers my Boffs immediately started using their Pavlovian crystals again and dropping flares and it's glorious.
