Romulan (borg) can not access federation outfits.

My romulan can not access federation clothes. This was noticed at release of the capability to do so, however, only my Romulan Borg is unable access. Again sorry this has nothing to do with recent release.

    So, support says, “We have done all we can do. This will be escalated to the next level. Post your bug in forums”. Then they send a survey to grade how well they did? Are you kidding me!?

    It would be nice to be kept in the loop of what is going on. Do I need to submit another ticket since I am not sure if my last one was closed?
