Mailbox not allowing mail

I opened a ticket, but they can't help. Mailbox will not allow me to send any mail. I place unbound items in the message. I enter the captain handle and account handle, I press send. The items remain in inventory. The intended items in message disappear. The name entered disappears. Mailbox is not full. Exchange has no items (why support would ask about the exchange is unknown). Support told me to pass off this problem to the forum...
