Delta Recruit Account Reward Unlock Broken

Posted this to ingame support a while ago...
I completed the Romulan Mystery arc on my Romulan Delta character and claimed the reward. I was able to claim the reward on a few other characters, I think, but it is now greyed out and gives the following message:
"Unable to Buy Item
Must be level 26+ (jem’Hadar 65+) and have a Delta Recruit (any faction) complete the “Romulan Mystery” story arc"
There is no option to skip any missions and I beliieve I have replayed all the missions, plus since it was already claimed on the romulan character I can NOT reclaim/unlock it
If you can please fix this I would appreciate it
Background: I made a klingon delta character at the same time and completed the klingon only arcs and then deleted him when he finished, and just got the missions for the romulan mystery arc. I suspect this caused the problem as the klingon character was started after I finished unlocking everything on my romulan character.

Possibly not. Right now I have four support tickets out for bugged Temporal Op rewards. Both for account unlocks and prizes that go directly to the Temporal Agent.
