Missing Window in Mess Hall of Voyager Interior

The Voyager interior is missing one of the windows in the Mess Hall, allowing the player to jump onto the exterior hull of the ship. There's also a random lantern or light of some kind that appears in the hallway behind the kitchen. This issue started in the past month or so. Screenshots attached.
