With Our Last Breath: Overseer Mangin

Overseer Mangin is missing. The yellow circle shows his location, but he’s stuck underground as the arrow points down despite no way of reaching him. I don’t know if this happened on a specific map since I cannot enter a different one. Without the Overseer, the last part of this quest-line is impossible.

To be clear, someone completed the other sequences of that quest-line except this last part. After that, the mob dropped underground and beyond the reach of players. Thus, making completion impossible.

Same here, I've tried resetting the mission and beaming out and stuff, but once I entered The Last Stand mission zone everything else seem to be completed with ticks and stuff and all that is left is the robot and he's no where to be found. And there were no other instances available to switch since there were very few players.

I can confirm this bug is specific to Kobali Map #1. Enough people were on this morning to transfer to Map #2. And there? The mission worked fine.
