In answer to a question I posed about getting the transponder on a recruit created in the first recruit event if they didn't get it the first time around, the answer is no. My grandson left his back there and didn't progress enough, so I progressed him and he still didn't get it even after coming to the present.
So I deleted that one and made him another and I'll progress him to getting it.
Now a LTS and loving it.
Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything.
