Nanofiber Insulated Jacket Palatte Bug

The Nanofiber Insulated Jacket uses the incorrect color palette on female body frames and thus can't be correctly colored to match the other Discovery uniform parts.

The same jacket on male body frames is in the correct palette.

If you provide screen shots that will help greatly

Yes, I can try to do that.

In the first set of images, male officer Ian Kwon in the Nanofiber Insulated Jacket and Discovery pants. In the first image is the color palette for the jacket, where the colors for the Discovery uniform can be chosen so that they match the Discovery pants (and the version you wear in the mission you get the jacket from).

In the second image is the pants, for comparison.

In the second set of images, female officer Evelyn Savea in the same Nanofiber Insulated Jacket and Discovery pants. In the first image is the color palette for the jacket. The colors aren't the same (they're the palette that the Odyssey uniforms use). Thus they can not match neither the Discovery pants nor the version you wear in the mission you get the jacket from.

In the second image is the pants, for contrast.

Anyways, I hope that helps. I'm not sure what/if anything can be done about it, or how difficult it would be to do. Thank you for reading this.

this for sure shows a continual and aggravating occurrence for "many" upper vs lower colors at the tailor. its a known thing and they have no desire to fix it.

question though = just for curiosity sake - are both of these toons human? (not that a toon can be human...lol)

In these specific pictures, both characters were human bridge officers. So far I've tried it with, or had my partner try it with:
    Human Male Bridge (Correct Palette)
    Human Female Bridge (Incorrect Palette)
    Vulcan Male Bridge (Correct Palette)

    Human Male Player (Correct Palette)
    'Alien' Female Player (Incorrect Palette)

I've also witnessed Alien Male Player (Correct Palette) on this YouTube video:

The consistent variable seems to be whether or not it's a male or female frame. I don't think the character's species seems to matter to it.

Edit: I should note that all these characters are Federation or Discovery Federation. I don't really know it operates with another faction.

good to know...i just ask as sometimes toon race might effect it.

but again, its been a known from top and bottom colors to not be the same in many instances, so dont hold your breath for a fix.

It's a worthwhile question and one I wouldn't immediately had thought to test.
