Audio/cutscene-duplication issue - Story arc: Freedom - Mission: Mine Enemy

Hakeev's voice have too low of an audio (way too quiet compared to everyone else), making it difficult to hear when he speak.
Additionally, when I get close to the Control room I get one cutscene, but when I try to leave the room I get another version of that same cutscene.
Another thing I noticed is that some of the dialogs from Madran have parts where the voice plays twice, is this a dialog playback issue?
