Unable to claim T5 event stip admiralty cards on Delta Recruit

My new delta recruit, Pax@Swamarian, doesn't have the admiralty cards for the following T5 ships.
Risian Corvette
Breen Chel Grett
Breen Plesh Brek

All my other characters have them, and she doesn't get the cards after claiming, unpacking and dismissing the ships. She appears to have all of my other T5 ships, but I have a lot and can't be sure.

    Unpack the ships, switch map/beam up or down/relog and then open the admiralty again. This should 'force' the system to recognise the ship and you can then discard them.
