PLASMA STORM CONSOLE WON’T UPGRADE

Greetings,

I’m a level 65 captain and the plasma storm console that I have from the Maqis Raider won’t upgrade from infinity. Please help! Thank you.

    Fairly sure that is already at max level and can't be upgraded. I'll have to check my own marquis raider console.

    In addition....these types of consoles increase in effectiveness according to your level.

    it's a uni console there always at max level
