Gamma Vanguard Pack - Showing twice in zen store when you have bought it.

I went to claim the pack on one of my chars that hadn’t claimed it, admittedly only the tittles and the EV suit are the things you get extra buy claiming it.
Anyway there are 2 versions showing in the store now the discounted/available/purchased one and another for 15k Zen.
I assume this is a bug.
I couldn’t see a report for it, at least a recent one so assume there isn’t and it a new/re-emerged bug. Oh and this is on pc.
Further to this it apears to be related to if you bought the starter pack first then the discounted ppack as from what I hear people who bought the pack outright i.e. didnt buy the starter pack first dont see 2 packs in the zen store.
