Torpedo and Beam Abilities bugged/glitched.

I run 8 toons. This first started happening back in January or February with my Discovery era Human Tactical Captain I claimed the Legendary Walker bundle with. Where at first Torpedo Spread III was/is not working Automatically or Manually or it misfires or lags when it did/does activate.

Up to present my other characters have been plagued with the same problem.

I've also encountered the same headaches with Torpedo Spread I and II, Torpedo High Yield I, II, III, Beams Overload I, II, III, and Beams Fire at Will I, II, and III.

This nightmare at some point affects all ships. Regardless of whether they were upgraded or using or not using saved loadouts. It makes no difference what energy type the beams are or what torpedoes they are (photon, quantum, etc.) or full/partial weapon sets. Or just vanilla beams and torpedos I use for "economy builds".

I have yet to encounter problems with Cannons Rapid Fire I, II, III and Cannons Scatter Volley I, II, and III.

What is the deal with "Legendary Captains" anyway. I also claimed the Legendary D7 bundle with a Discovery era Klingon. And have noticed with the boffs pretrained with all abilities (excepting what are learned from Lockbox, Winter Wonderland, and Summer Event manuals). that when I swithch ships or use a ship I haven't used yet the Tactical seats have the ability slots filled with Torpedo Spread. Could this be the cause of the problems I'm experiencing? If so... why is it affecting my other toons?

Strangely. I've also seen where If I change boff abilities for example a Commander Science/Specialist seat and start with the Commander level slot say for example I wanted it to be Gravity Well III why do I see it being placed in the Ensign slot. Same thing with Commander Engineering/Specialist and Tactical/Specialist seats. This might be breaking something. I've seen this with all toons.

At on time one with one toon, Enginering Team wasn't working automatically as expected. I was doing a mission or TFO and watched my hull go to nearly nothing and not once did Engineering Team execute. Depending on ship and seating I usually have Engineering Team I set to automatic at 75%, and Engineering Team II set to automatic at 50%.
