Advanced Romulan Drone Ship Hanger Pet not unlocking with purchase of Legendary Scimitar Warbird

So I purchased the Legendary Warbird bundle and have been immensely enjoying the Legendary Scimitar Dreadnought. However when I attempted to try and purchase the Advanced Romulan Drone Ship hanger pet It was nowhere to be found in the menu. I am a Federation Aligned Liberated Borg Romulan character. Has anyone else had this issue?

    Additional Information: I do not own any of the other Scimitar-type Dreadnoughts, I only own the Legendary Scimitar Dreadnought Warbird. I have yet to test whether it would be unlocked on a Klingon aligned romulan character but it also failed to appear during the Pre-Allegiance period as well. I have yet to join a fleet so I haven't been able to check if the Fleet Drone Ship is unlocked. I have also tested whether it would unlock for purchase when claimed on a different romulan character on my account, it failed to appear in the Dilithium store for that character as well.

    Do you have the Leggo Scimitar in your active ships menu?

    I'm flying the Legendary Scimitar as my primary ship so yes it's in the active starships list.

    Yeah, I had to claim a non-Legendary Scimitar to get them unlocked in the Dilithium Store. They werent even listed until I claimed the other Scimitar. Additionally, the Malem Frigates were listed in the Store but were grayed out. Those are also usable by Scimitars in addition to Full Carriers.

    Was on a Discovery Klingon Recruit.

    Further Information: Pure Federation character also does not have the Dilithium store Romulan Drone Ship hanger pet unlocked after the Legendary Scimitar Warbird is claimed from the store. Again no other Scimitar class ships are purchased or claimed on my account. Same issue on a pure Klingon character, Advanced Romulan Drone Ship hanger pet failed to unlock after the Legendary Scimitar Warbird is claimed.
